Marching Spartans 2008

West Springfield Marching Spartans

The Marching Spartans is open to all band students at West Springfield High School.  The 2008 band will include 96 performing members in brass, woodwind, percussion, and visual ensemble.  The Marching Spartans are associated with the United States Scholastic Band Association and the Virginia Band and Orchestra Band Director’s Association.  The Marching Spartans  were named the 2004 U.S.S.B.A. Virginia State Champions in Group IV Open, and the 2005 & 2006 U.S.S.B.A. Virginia State Champions, 2005 Mid-Atlantic States Champion and 2005 & 2006 U.S.S.B.A. Champions in Group V A.   The rehearsal and performance schedules can be found on our calendar page.
